These terms apply when you browse BabyAstro or purchase a personalised baby birth report from us.

1. About BabyAstro
BabyAstro provides a digital, personalised baby birth report based on the birth details entered by the customer. The report may include traditional astrology interpretations, name suggestions, cultural notes and reflective parenting content.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase in your location. If you submit information for a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent, guardian or authorised representative. You are responsible for checking that the gender, date, time and birthplace entered before payment are accurate.
3. Payment and order confirmation
The price of one report is shown at checkout and is currently Rs. 99, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change, but a completed order will be charged the amount shown before you approve payment. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully verified.
4. Delivery of the digital report
After successful payment verification, BabyAstro starts generating your report and displays it in the app. Delivery is normally immediate, subject to the availability of our calculation, hosting and report-generation services. The report is a digital keepsake that you may save, print or share for personal use.
5. Nature of the content
Astrology content is provided for personal, cultural and reflective interest. It is not a scientific, medical, legal, financial or psychological assessment, and it is not a guarantee or fixed prediction of a child's future. Do not use the report as a substitute for professional advice or care.
6. Intellectual property and permitted use
BabyAstro's software, design, text, branding and report templates belong to BabyAstro or its licensors. Your completed report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may save and share your own report with family, but you may not resell, reproduce the service, scrape the site or use BabyAstro materials to operate a competing service.
7. Availability and acceptable use
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security or operational reasons. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content or misuse payment or support channels.
8. Contact and governing law
Questions about an order or these terms can be sent to support@babyastro.in. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the business operating BabyAstro.
